Who are Elligible for K1 Fiance Visa?
Not all who applies for a K1 Fiance Visa can get one. You must pass some qualifications in order to be able to obstain this type of visa.
1. Both of you are single and over 18 years of age.
2. You must meet your United States fiance in person.
3. Your United States fiance file I-129f within that 2 years of meeting in person.
4. You have no criminal record.
5. You have real intention and prove to the Embassy of your country that you will marry your fiance once you enter the United States.
5. Your United States fiance can support you financially once you are in the United States.
6. You pass the medical examination that you will have before you appear for an interview at the US embassy of your country.
As you can see, it is not very difficult to get a K1 Fiance Visa. All you need is have the qualities that I mentioned above.

What is Fiance Visa?
Fiance visa is also known as K1 visa or Non-immigrant Visa. This type of visa is only applied to and can only be used by someone who wants to enter the United States and marry their fiance. I used "fiance" because most of the people who get this visa are women. Some people are having a hard time passing their interview and getting a fiance visa. I will provide tips on how to obtain a fiance visa fast and hassle free.
First, you need to know the advantages and disadvantages of using Fiance Visa to enter the United States.
Advantages
1.Fast. Most couple prefer Fiance Visa because it is not only faster than Spousal Visa, but also allow the couple to know each other better before getting married. There is a 90 day allowance before you can marry your fiance. The Fiance Visa holder must marry her fiance within 90 days or she has to return to her country.
2. Simplicity. The process of getting Fiance Visa is very simple. First be sure you met your fiance in person within 2 years before the applying, then he has to return to the USA and submit the paperworks. Once it is approved, the fiancee will appear to an interview at her country's embassy.
3. No Legal Attachment. You want to enjoy your life as a single person before getting married, but you are engaged! Don't worry if you want to go out with another man, the law can not accused you with adultery. I am not saying you should go out with another man. What I am trying to imply is in case you change your mind because your fiance has changed alot, you can still back out and does not have to worry about the fees for divorce or annulment. Mind you, I've this situation many times.

1. Your Family Cannot Attend to Your Wedding. Traditional parents want their kids to get married in a traditional way. With Fiance Visa, you can only get married when you arrive in the United States. Marrying in your own country is a violation of the visa law and you will be denied at the Port of Entry. Unless your family can get another type of visa to travel with or follow you to attend at your wedding, chances are none of your family willnot be there.
